Should We Spend Money on Space Exploration?

 Humanity always evolutions. Every day in our world there appear a lot of  new opportunities . And one of the most important opportunities is   Space exploration. As you know in our world some scientists are exploring the space, and of course it is very expensive. So, there is a big question: should we spend money on space exploration?

Firstly, it is really a wonderful opportunity for all people, we need to explore other planets to ensure the survival of the humane race. Secondly, important scientific discoveries made in space can help us on the Earth. Moreover if we find a planet, where people can live it can solve some really serious global problems  and save  the population of our planet from dying out.

On the other hand some people think that it can be very expensive and the money could be better spent on the other things like  charity. Also it can be risky and space missions often fail.

In the end, we all have different opinions and this question is disputable, nobody knows the exact answer. As for me I belive that we should spend money on space exploration, because it can enrich our knowledge about the universe and our world.  

Essay " The Volunteer Work"

In our world there are a lot of young people, and some of them don't know what they can do. I have the answer! They can be volunteer workers. I really believe that all young people should try to do this work.

Firstly, if you are a volunteer it is a wonderful opportunity to work with people and help them! And if you do something good for other people, you can be proud of yourself. Secondly, voluntary work is a very useful experience, it can help you with your future job. Moreover young people contribute to environmental problems and should therefore help solve them!
On the other hand it is unfair to force young people to give up their free time. Also some people believe that this work can be dangerous for your health, for example if you work in Africa you can get sick, because the climate is not  favorable for living and there are lots of dangerous viruses.

In  conclusion I would like to say that there are people and people and you can choose what you want. As for me I think that  volunteer work is really a good opportunity for every one, it helps you to investigate your inner world. And in my future I want to try to become a volunteer.

The Letter of Complain

Dear Madam,
I am writing to complain about a dress order I placed through your website www.dressforprom.com on 25th November. Unfortunately,  I have some problem with the product.

In the product description on your site indicated that the dress has a length below the knee and the color of dress is blue, but it doesn't. To make matter worse the dress bigger then I ordered. Furthermore the dress has a few holes at the hem.

I would appreciate it if you could replace the dress. In addiction I believe I deserve an explanation for the delay. I am sending the dress back to you.

In this picture we can see a group of Russian students in America. I think, that they are at school's library, because  there are lot's of books behind them. Also we can see, that they are talking about something. I believe that they are  talking about their timetable or about the purpose of international exchange, because they need to have results after their trip. All students are very excited, because the teacher is talking about interesting work and wonderful events!
More over we can observe, that all  Russian students have big and blue bags. To my mind the American school has presented the bags for them, because New Bern's symbol is  on the bags. Also I think that there are  some souvenirs with the logo of the school, city and country. inside the bags.
I think that after their disscusion they will go to diffrent classrooms with their host sisters or brothers. And of course they will have a great time during the lessons. 

Internation Exchanges

International exchanges  give a lot to people who take part in them. And it is not only an increase in the knowledge of the language, learn cultures and traditions of different countries, it is also an incredible experience that you will use in the future it gives us an amazing chance to feel, see and understand ow people live in other countries, to understand how we are similar and how we are different! Moreover it is a lot of hard work after which you will always get positive feelings and have good results!!
During this exchange I was enjoying all the moments which happened with me! I am so thankful to Epiphany School that you gave this wonderful opportunity to be a part of you! I am also thankful to my host family that you did a lot for me!

Valentina Tereshkova - Yuri Gagarin

Valentina Vladimirovna Tereshkova  is the first woman to  fly in space ( YG is the first man ). She was  born 6 March 1937 ( YG March 9, 1934 ). June 16th, 1963 Valentina had her first flight (YG 12th April, 1961), the name of the cosmic spaceship was Vostok 6 ( YG Vostok 1 ), The Start was  at Baikonur ( YG the same ). More over Valentina is the woman, who made a flight alone ( YG the same ). She was the tenth person, who was in space ( YG is the first ). Her flight  lasted almost  three days ( YG 108 minutes ).  Also Tereshkova's callsign during the flight was "The Seagull" ( YG - Cedar ) and her phrase that she uttered before the start: "Hey! Heaven! Take off your hat! " ( UG Let's go! ). After the flight she became a Major General ( YG Major ).

Breaking News

Do you know that the ecological situation is very difficult nowadays. And day by day the situation is getting worse in the modern world. Every day there appear more and more new cars, industrial factories. So, we destroy the eco-balance, but people can't imagine their lives without modern technologies. Then as a result we face more natural disasters. 

For example volcanic eruptions. When a volcano erupts most people want to get as far away as possible, as quickly as they can. The ground beneath the feet is shaking and there is a deafening roar like a plane taking off. 

Another example is hurricanes . Hurricanes are also devastating. A lot of residents have to leave their city or to live in temporary shelters and  bag for help on roofs. Neighbourhoods suffer from looting and violence.
There maybe also fire tornados. A fire tornado or a ''fire devil'' can happen when high temperatures from a wildfire mix with strong winds. Luckily, fire tornados are very rare.

One more example of a devastating disaster is an earthquake. Many areas are left without electricity. Lots of people die and found missing. 
Sometimes earthquakes can be very powerful and trigger a devastating tsunami. A tsunami is a large wave that travels at great speed towards land. They are usually caused by an undersea earthquake . The impact of the water often destroys everything in its path. 

In conclusion I want to tell you that people can hope that nothing like this will ever happen in their lives and try to become more eco-friendly.

On 14th February, 2015 at 2:16 local time, an undersea earthquake struck off the northeastern coast of Japan. I was really the most powerful earthquake in world's history.

My First Experience of Meeting Americans

I would like to tell you about My First Experience of Meeting Americans. Ofcourse it was a very cool experience. For our family it was  a wanderfull opportunity! We were happy to meet Mary and show her some Russian traditions. Never in my wildest dreams did I ever think this possible. It was a very interesting week! We had a nice time together. Bad Manners

Two days ago I was reading different people's blogs.  And I read a very interesting story , and now I have decided to write my opinion about it. In this blog, which I have read a boy, whose name is Liam writes about an upleasant situation in the cinema. He went out to the cinema with his friends to see a film he has wanted to see for ages. From the moment they sat down, a group of teenagers behind them didn't stop talking and laughing, and even chatting on their phones. Then he turned around and shouted at them. I think it is  really annoying . And what do you think about it?

Modern Gadgets

I am only fourteen, and I am a teen, but I can't say that I am a gadget addicted teen. Ofcourse I have a laptop, a phone, a sony playstation, several TV sets, a selfy stick, an e-book and so on. I don't think that gadgets are my cup of tea. I often use my phone an laptop, because it is impossible to imagine modern life without a mobile phone, also my laptop helps me a lot with my studies and socializing with the world. I can't describe myself as a typical teen, because words starting with the "g" letter ( I mean gadgets) bring much joy and happyness to men and boys. I am more letter "j"- oriented ( I mean jewellery ).

Healthy Mind is in Healthy Body

Hello my name is Nastya! And I would like to tell you about Healthy Mind is in Healthy Body .  It is a well known fact, that Healthy Mind is in Healthy Body . And so, we shall sleep enough eat healthy food such us: vegetables, fruits, cereals, dairy products, soups and so on. Also we  shouldn't use modern gadgetsts 24/7. 
For example one os the most serious diseases is a shoulder strain. With new game consoles you have to mave around in front of the TV to control the action on-screen. When you make the same again and again it can cause strain to your shoulder.Doctors warn that you must not play for too long. I think it is a really good advice.

Home Remedies

Next time you wake up with a sore throat don't run straight to the doctor. Try opening the  kitchen cupboard instead! There are many natural remedies there. for ex. 
Garlic has a bad reputation because of it's strong smell, but it's great for you immune system! 
Vinegar. And do you have a sun burn so painful you can't move? You could try adding one cup of white vinegar to a cool bath. This will soothe your skin. 
HONEY. Next time you have a sore throat try some honey, like garlic honey helps destoy bacteria. 
TEA. Can you feel a headache comng on? Boil some water and make yourself a nice cup of tea!
BAKING SODA. Do you have smelly feet? Sprinkle some baking soda in your shoes.
Ginger. Do you have an upset stomach ? Try some ginger.
These are just a few of the natural remedies in our cupboards! There are hundreds more!   

Wildlife

If you like extreme, you may enjoy wilderness of caves and the Taiga. 
CAVES. Are natural holes in the Earth . There are lots of diffrent types of caves, such us sea, ice, limestone  chalk, salt, and even lava caves.
Difrent caves from in diffrent ways.For ex. sae caves from as ocens waves  and heavy rain erode cliffs. There are unique specias of fish, spiders, crabs, scorpions, and other  creatures. Caving is an adventure sport that involves walking, crawling, climing, abseiling, and even swiming.
The Taiga, wich means forest in Russian, consist of forest and covers a large part of Russia, Scandinavia, and North America. Winters are long and very cold, summers are very short, but very warm! The Taige also host a wide variety of wildlife   For ex. brawn bers, wolf, red fox and so on. The Taiga is in danger because of global warming...
So, how can we save the beauty of our planet? For ex. caves and the taifa we can enjoy responseble tourism/ We should care about our Mother nature! We are the children of Mother nature , and our planet is our home !!!!!!!!!!!! 

Climing Changes

The Earth is heating up and most scientist believe that it's all our fault. Ice is melting, sea levels are rising and climate changing. What will happen if we don't act in time?
Cities under the sea.  According to recent climate reports, mealting ice could cause sea levels to rise by about 1 metre by 2100, if this happens, whole countries such as the Maldives will vanish. Already, two small Pacific islands have dissapeared under the  waves.
Wildlife in great danger. Global worming is a serious problem to wildlife. In particular Arctic polar bears are in great danger. the ice thet they hunt from is mealting very fast, so they have to swim further and futher to find food. 
Wild wild weather!  Heavy rain and snow, storms, heatwaves, droughts and tornadoes... Will happen a lot more frequently. When sea temperatures rise, there are changes in the athmosphere.
 So... what on earth can we do? We can take a bus instead of travelling by car, use energy-saving bulbs, and wear more clothes insted of turning up the heat. Experts say we must do something NOW!!!!

One Day with My Dad

Hello! My name is Nastya! And I would like to tell you about One day with my dad.
My dad is very strong, because he likes sport very much , he can protect me, and he is a very creative and clever person ! My father always has unusual ideas, It is really cool!
It would be great to spend a day with  father , wouldn't it? 
I imagine , my father and me in  Dubai... First, we would  prepare a delicious breakfast together, like spaghetti with tomato sause, it is my favourite dish. Then we would  play cards, we like this game very much ! Then we would  go to the swimming pool, because the weather in Dubai is very warm, my mother likes swimming in the  sea, but my dad and me like swimming in a swimming pool. We would drink some very tasty milkshakes. Then we would go to the beach, and would read books there. We like reading very much. Then my dad and me would go to the shop, we are shopaholics. Then we would rent a car and drive around the city all night, enjoying its skyscrapers and lights. 
I believe that every child should spend time with his father, because it is very important! And I would like to spend a day like this with my dear dad,  very much!

Mother Nature

Hello! I would like to tell you about Mother Nature. Why do we say Mother Nature? In my opinion , we call the nature our mother , because it gives us life, resources and inspiration. 
In our world we have a lot of  stunning natural  phenomena, for example, mountains of incredible natural beauty, seas and oceans rich in secrets and mysteries, forests which are the lungs of our planet. However there are lots of eco problems such as, Global warming, deforestation, pollution, which lead to floods, droughts, extinction of wild animals, hunger.
One of the most serious problems in our world is  Global Warming. The Earth is heating up and most ice  is melting, sea  levels are rising and the climate is changing. Also Global Warming is a serious threat to wildlife. for example arctic polar bears are in great danger, because the ice that they hunt from is melting and they have to swim very far to find food . Nowadays outdoor leisure activities are very popular. Forexample  (e.g) picnics and painball in a forest, zip-lining through the jungle and tourism in natural reserves. Usually touists leave a lot of rubbish, cut down trees, kill animals and so on. As for me I am for responsible tourism!!!! You shall think what you do! 
How can we save our planet?  We can recycle our wastes, protect endangered animals, use public transport , pick up litter.
 We are the children of mother nature and our planet is  our home. So we shall care and protect the environment.

A Holiday to Remember

Hello! My name is Anastasia. And I would like to tell you about my holiday to remember. The coolest and most memorable weekend for me was in the middle of summer in July. My parents and me were in  a small cruise in Europe.It was a very interesting trip.  We were in Italy, and we were in France in the villages of Provence,  and we were in Monaco. In Italy we were going   shopping, it was amazing and fantastic. I like shopping very much, because I am a girl.   I think, that the best holiday for girls it is a shopping trip with the motto "shop till you drop".What do you think about it? 
Then in Provence, we enjoyed some beautiful and amazing views. For example we enjoyed lavanda fields and other miracles of the nature! There were narrow streets and ancient houses and small shops like in the movies. there was an atmosphere of magic... There we tried the famous French cuisine! It was very tasty and unusual. Do you know that the famous French cuisine is one of the best cuisines of in the world? It is true, I belive, that everyone should try it!  
In Monaco I went to the parade. It was very exciting. There were many fantastic things, such as:  very big soft toys and they were moving in a circle, all kids were in costumes from Disney’s stories. It was in Monaco’s Main street. It was really a magic party!!!!!!

For me  the best holiday it is a family trip to different countries, because there you can learn a lot and enjoy all the pleasures of life, I think it's good for everybody!

Anastasia's extreme game

Hello! My name is Nastya , and I want to tell you about Anastasia's extreme game.  the game  is named in honor of its founder -Beautiful Anastasia. People who are 17-35 may play this game. I  believe that the rules of this game are very interesting. 
Players fall into the water in special suits and with devices which help to breathe underwater. They fall into the amazing and very big marine world!! Each player has a map of the underwater world, they need to find the crystals. It is very difficult, because they have only one hour! There they fight with horrible marine animals, hide from mermaids, beware of poisonous and dangerous plants.
People watch the game on the big screen and support the players:
they draw posters, shout, buy souvenirs.
When the player finds one of the crystals, the game stops and all the players return to the land.
 Then people meet the winner!!!Then the winner gets a prize, do you know what it is ? It is 300,000 euros and glory all over the world.
I think that this is a very dangerous game and not everyone can  play  this game.

The best Christmas present.

• Hello!! My name is Nastya, and I want to tell you about  Christmas and  Christmas presents. I am 13, but I believe in New Year fairy tales, miracle, magic things and even Santa. Yesterday I came back from Italy. I celebrated Cristmas and New Year there. It was amazing and fantastic. Streets and houses  were decorated in a very unusual way, the atmosphere was very cheerfull  and kind! The air was filled with magic. I liked it very much. Christmas is a family holiday, that is way I believe that  you shall celebrate this holiday with your family and your nearest and dearest,your  beloved ones. One of the most important attributes these are presents , they create the atmosphere and make us happy. All people are very different, that is why presents are also very different. Children always want to get toys and sweets, women are happy when they get jewellery( rings, earings, bracelets, necklaces), in my opinion all people are happy when they have a chance to celebrate New Year together with their family, relatives and friends! Nowadays parents and their children don't often spend much time together. So they can do it on New Year holidays. Often people have  very funny Christmas photos and videos, which evoke sweet feelings.
• So, I think that I am a happy person, because I celebrate Christmas with my nearest and dearest and even get presents. Isn't it amazimg?
